JobServe.co.th part of the JobServe.com global network of employment websites announced today record growth in revenue and staff during 2009.

Chris Klotz, President of JobServe Canada, an online recruitment corporation based in Ottawa, Ontario commented today on the growth of their Asian business in Thailand, www.JobServe.co.th.

"We have seen strong growth in job adverts since the start of 2010 in both the Canada and Thailand and this could be the start of recovery for both economies.

We watch the domestic and international markets very carefully and not only do we have a strong position in the Canadian IT jobs market, we believe we are now the number 1 job board for IT professionals in Thailand, just as the market is recovering", Klotz said.

Commenting on the recent growth in jobs posted to www.JobServe.ca and www.JobServe.co.th Klotz said, "We are finding many customers, both here and internationally, coming to use Jobserve where they need additional options in their posting strategy, for example where they are looking for a number of specialized skills, they will often post across 2 or 3 boards to get a broader range of candidates".

JobServe's move into Thailand was driven by a desire to establish a presence in a fast growing IT market where the software sector has been growing at over 20% pa since 2004 and the low cost technical labour force. In addition there is strong Government support for the industry. Located in the Government established Software Park in Bangkok, JobServe Thailand now employs over 50 staff and completes software projects for the Group's worldwide operations.

"JobServe now has access to Thai developers to assist in maintaining and improving its global sites and Thailand have access to both JobServe's advanced technology and global reach", Klotz added.

"JobServe's Thai operations of have grown in revenue and staff numbers and has doubled over the past 12 months", Klotz added.

"Apart from development and support work provided to the worldwide JobServe group by the Thai team, we are now moving into other Asian countries with new job boards and have recently launched boards in India and Russia, with more on the way," Klotz said.
