Efficient process delivers high quality candidates

We filled two of our four positions through Job Shark. The other two were filled through personal acquaintances. The quality of the candidates was very good. The other issue was that we received way too many resumes from the GTA for a position in Vancouver. In the end though, we had lots of applicants, and of high quality. I am quite pleased with the way it worked out.
